Virtual Registration Information and Process

The Abstract/Presentation/Poster review:

The Abstract/Presentation/Poster Review Fee is a nominal charge of 30, applicable for the evaluation of your submission by our expert review committee. This ensures quality assessment, feedback, and eligibility for presentation or poster display at the conference.

Note: After submitting your abstract/paper, a review fee must be paid.

The Virtual Speaker/Poster 1 Day:

The Virtual Speaker/Poster 1 Day Entry allows participants to present their research or poster online for one day. A Certificate is mandatory and available at an additional cost of GBP25.

Registration Process: Kindly select Virtual Speaker/Poster 1 Day Entry + Certificate while registering to complete your participation.

The Virtual Delegate/Listener 1 Day:

The Virtual Delegate/Listener 1 Day Entry allows participants to attend the conference online for one day without presenting. It is ideal for professionals who wish to gain insights, learn from expert sessions, and engage in discussions remotely from anywhere in the world.

Registration Process: Kindly select Virtual Delegate/listener 1 Day Entry + Certificate while registering to complete your participation.

Abstract Review Mandatory Fee: (For Speakers & Poster Presenters)

Mandatory Review Fee:
A review fee is required for all speakers and poster presenters. This must be paid immediately after submitting your abstract.

Review Process:
Your abstract will be evaluated by the Utilitarian Conferences Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members only after the review fee has been received.

Acceptance & Next Steps:
Once your abstract is successfully reviewed and accepted (including any required revisions), you will receive an official Abstract Acceptance Letter. You can then proceed with the event registration process.

Virtual Group Pass:

The Virtual Group Pass (3 Attendees) allows a minimum of three participants to attend the conference online with full access to all sessions and networking opportunities and each participant will receive an individual certificate upon completion of their participation.

Virtual Student Fee:

Discounted registration is available for students attending virtually. A valid student ID card is required for verification. This option provides affordable access to conference sessions and learning opportunities.

Note: 

The ID must clearly display the participant’s full name, institution name, and validity date.

Failure to present a valid student ID may result in cancellation of the student discount, and the participant may be required to pay the full registration fee.

If students wish to receive a certificate, an additional fee of GBP25 will be applicable.

Virtual Certificate Mandatory:

Participation in the virtual conference requires a mandatory certificate fee of £25. This fee ensures official certification of attendance and participation.
