1. Professional Photograph (If Applicable)
• Please submit a high-resolution professional photograph for use in official conference materials.
2. Biography (If Applicable)
• Submit a concise professional biography of approximately 250 words for inclusion in the official conference program.
3. Organization Details (If Applicable)
• Name of your Organization / Institution.
• Official organization logo in high-quality PNG or JPEG format.
4. Poster Title Confirmation
• Kindly confirm the finalized title of your poster for inclusion in the scientific program.
• (Please disregard this requirement if the title has already been submitted.)
5. Abstract Submission
• If the abstract has not been submitted in advance, presenters are requested to submit the poster abstract prior to or during the conference.

6. Poster Presentation Slides
• Prepare 15–20 slides to support your poster presentation.
• These slides will assist the scientific committee and session chair in reviewing and fairly evaluating submissions for the Best Poster Award.
7. Soft Copy Submission
• Kindly share a soft copy or a cloud drive link of your poster materials in advance to facilitate smooth on-site arrangements.
8. Conference Branding
• Please ensure that the official conference logo is included on all poster presentation slides to maintain consistent conference branding.
9. Social Media Promotion
• An official Poster Presenter Banner will be provided by the organizing committee.
• Presenters are encouraged to share the banner within their professional network and across social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, and Instagram.
