All event registrations, tickets, and related payments are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances once confirmed.
Tickets may be transferred to another eligible participant, subject to prior written approval from the event organizer. All transfer requests must be submitted at least two (2) months prior to the scheduled event date. Each registration is permitted one transfer only, and no further changes will be accepted thereafter.
The original registrant remains fully responsible for the accuracy of the transferred participant’s information, including name, contact details, and eligibility requirements. The event organizer shall not be liable for any errors or omissions in the transfer details provided.
No refunds or credits will be issued in cases of non-attendance, partial attendance, inability to attend, visa denial, travel disruptions, illness, personal reasons, force majeure, or scheduling conflicts.
In the event of postponement, rescheduling, or change of event dates, all confirmed registrations will automatically remain valid for the revised dates. Refunds will not be applicable in such situations.
The event organizer reserves the right to modify the event format, agenda, speakers, session timings, venue, or mode of delivery (in-person, virtual, or hybrid) at any time, if deemed necessary, without prior notice.
The event organizer shall not be held responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including but not limited to travel, accommodation, visa fees, or personal expenses.
By completing the registration process and making payment, the participant acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including the non-refundable but transferable policy, and accepts them as legally binding.
