To qualify, participants must provide a valid student ID card during registration.

Student ID verification is mandatory for both registration and on-site entry. 

The ID must clearly show your full name, institution name, and validity date. 

Failure to present a valid student ID may result in cancellation of the student rate and require payment of the full registration fee.

Once payment is completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

If a participant is unable to attend in person, the following alternatives are available:

Transfer the registration to the next edition of the conference

Convert participation to virtual attendance for the current event

All changes must be communicated to the organizing committee in advance.
