Speaker Guidelines

Speaker Participation Guidelines

We are pleased to welcome you as a speaker at the 10th Edition Global Summit on Dermatology, Cosmetology & Aesthetics. To ensure a smooth coordination process and high-quality scientific program, speakers are kindly requested to follow the guidelines below.

1. Speaker Profile Submission

• High-resolution professional photograph.

• Brief biography (up to 250 words) highlighting professional background, expertise, achievements, and current role.

2. Organization Details

• Organization / Institution name.

• Official organization logo (high-quality PNG or JPEG format).

3. Presentation Title

• Final title of the presentation must be submitted at the earliest for inclusion in the scientific program.

4. Abstract Submission

• Abstracts should be submitted through the official portal.

• If unable to access the main portal, abstracts may be submitted via: https://dermatology.utilitarianconferences.com/submit-abstract

5. Abstract Review Fee

• A mandatory abstract review fee of GBP 30 is required to initiate the evaluation process.

6. Presentation Duration

• Each speaker will be allotted 20 minutes, inclusive of presentation, audience questions, and discussion.

7. Presentation Slides

• Maximum of 15–20 slides

• Slides should be clear, professional, visually engaging, and content-focused.

8. Presentation Quality & Awards

• High-quality slides enhance audience engagement and overall impact.

• Evaluation for the Best Speaker Award will be based on both presentation delivery and slide quality.

9. Conference Branding

• Speakers are requested to include the official conference logo on all presentation slides to maintain brand consistency.

10. Social Media Promotion

• Confirmed speakers will receive an official Speaker Banner.

• Speakers are encouraged to share the banner on professional social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram) to promote their participation and the conference.
